[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Worst service and response by Shri Ajay Enterprises Agency

Dear Sir/Madam, I am consumer of Bharat Gas for last 7 years living in Pune-Maharashtra. Recently I am shifted to new area in Pune and so transferred my connection to agency at new location. Following is the name and address of the agency in new area. My consumer number is 17461707 Shree Ajay Enterprises, Shop No 7, Ramtirth Co-Op. Hsg. Society, Lokmanya Colony, Vanaz, Paud Road, Pune PH No.[protected] I am completely frustrated and unsatisfied with the service and response provided by people at agency. Initially I had to visit the place 5-6 times to just transfer the connection even after having consumer for last 7 years. They keep asking different document and completing different procedure on each visit and never explained all together. After all struggle and keeping mind calm I could transfer my connection but had a feeling like one gets food after starving for a week. Now I registered the cylinder as it tool long time in between. They said you can choose the time and day the cylinder will deliver. As I am service person and living alone I chose Monday evening time. They say the person can come any time between 6 to 8. Since it as first experience and I had to visit other city due to urgency, I was not present at home. The person came and went back. Now, next day (Tuesday) I called and requested to send him back anytime and committed myself to be at home. They said your cylinder request is cancelled as you were not at home now only next Monday you can get cylinder if you register new request. I requested a lot and finally the registered the request and assured me that I will get cylinder on Wednesday or latest by Thursday. For two days I keep calling and checking if the person is coming today then I can run to home from office putting leave. Today is Friday, I don't have cylinder yet. I called again a few minutes back and someone picked up the call, asked all the details and said you can't get cylinder barring Monday. I said, your madam told me that I should have received by yesterday. I requested a lot and asked if I can get today or tomorrow. I said, please tell me the time and day, I will be at home. But the very rude and typical government employee kind of answer was "No, agar kal ayega to thhik he nahi to Monday aa shakta he". I was feeling like I am begging in front of him and he was not ready. Even after paying money, fulfilling all the processes this is the way consumers are being treated. I am not sure what to do where to go. It is my humble request please guide me how to proceed on this as no body is there at Agency to respond properly. Regards, Jignesh Raval,
