[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Abusive language | |||||
I am registering this complaint on behalf of my friend who got a call from Bharat matrimony stating she registered in their site and asking about divorce papers completion. She is unmarried and haven't registered in her profile in that site. The Customer care person used abusive language and mistreated her. Asked about personal information in a very rude manner. Though she declined humbly but he insisted and made 5-6 calls in the office hours. She is really agitated by this incidence and need immediate action against the site and that person also. He quoted his name "Rahul ". I request the government to look into this matter very seriously. Was this information helpful? | |||||
