Address: | Kolkata, West Bengal |
My ID is B1205179.
In between Aug 15th to Nov 13th I was a claasic super customer. Before Aug 15th and after Nov 13th I am a free member.
But from 9th Jan I am unable to send any 'Express Interest' to any profiles.
When asked your customer service representative(don't want to dislose his name)about these over chat,
he told me that
'I regret to inform you that as per our website functionality, a free member can send maximum express interests until they reach ten acceptances including Interest Sent and Interest Received.
Once the limitation is reached, they can only accept or decline the received interests using the "Accept" / "Not Interested" button respectively and reply to received personalized messages.'
But in the terms and condition he was unable to show me the count(haring the link).

Only written that
'Being a free member you can express your interest to a limited number of members. This is valid for a limited period only'.
So just requesting you either show me the count or otherwise allow me to send the 'Express Interest' from tomorrow.
Otherwise I can take legal action as per existing IT laws, also can share the incident with consumer affairs.
So don't bound me to do all these.just allow me to send 'Express Interest'. Was this information helpful? |
