Bharat Matrimony — Assisted matrimony cheating and fraud

I had registered myself with assisted matrimony on 18th may. After registration, my relationship manager manisha sharma (Phone number:[protected] sent me 4 profiles which were completely irrelevant.

When i called she said she would send me more profiles. However, after that she did not responded at all. When i called her manager kaushal mishra (Phone number: [protected]) he told me that he would reassign me a new rm.

I have not heard from them since then. I wrote so many mails and called then so many times but they are so shameless that they don't bother that all.

I have filed multiple complains with customer care but still no response. Assisted matrimony is a fraud service. They wont response once you pay them the money.

Despite calling/emailing so many times i have not heard a word from you. I was already going through a bad phase in my life and you people cheated me on the top of it.

Inspite of following up from so many days and complaining to customer care, nothing has happened.

You have cheated me. This is mental harrasment.

I will talk to my attorney about this matter and get legal opinion.
