Bharat Matrimony — Assisted Matrimony Complaint | |||
My father took assisted matrimony on Bharat Matrimony, My id is H4143561 and the RM is Monika Mishra. So BM charged us heavy amount for this service and in return what they just do is sending us links of profiles. She doesn't follow up with the profile to which we accept. Just some time she simply sends us a spreadsheet that the member didnt picked up call and member calls is ringing. Is Assisted Matrimony all about just sending the links of profile and doing nothing about the follow ups with them. Do you think we can not find profiles on matrimony, if some body took your service and paid for it then it is surely for communicating regularly over the phone and email between families. Ms. Monika is not receiving even the calls now and not even replying to messages. This ridiculously nonsense service which tends to take so much money from your customers is all what you do. I hope Bharat Matrimony will do something about there vague services & RMs otherwise i am going to file a legal notice against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
