Bharat Matrimony — Complaint

With reference to thecomplaint no. 12566231, 3 days back, I have not received even a call from a manager from the customer care of Bharat Matrimony. Everytime I speak to the customer care, I am told that their manager will be calling in 1 hour. However, it is so disgusting that there is such poor service.

Inspite of escalting the issues about the Relationship manager being appointed for my brother's profile, I am promised that this will be taken care. I have to undergo this trauma after becoming a member in the assisted matrimony.


Anyone becoming a member please be aware of false promises and do not decide your fate with such false promises by bharatmatrimony.

If the management of bharatmatrimony is looking at their latest reviews, they should have a moral courtesy to address this immediately.

DISGUSTING TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS.
