[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Misguiding and doing fraud through online payment | |||
Sir my name is gopikrishna I was making complaint against Bharat Matrimony. I made a payment on the date 9/03/2015 and my matrimoney Id is T2954747 . They called me on 10/03/2015 and said that today we have special offer for our classic premium member just for Rs 2500 for three months validity . So if you accept we will activate this offer to you account you can make payment online by you own, then I accepted made made payment online, But they have deducted from my account 5999. including profile highliter 100+5161 classic premium offer. then I called back and asked about this how you can do this you said for 2500 special offer and deducted 5999 . Please refund my remaining amount 3499 But they said it is impossible . so sir do justice to me . Was this information helpful? | |||
