I can't understand the reason for this delay and ur reluctance in refunding customers hard earned money.I have already sent u numerous mails giving my details and had also sent my courier address for sending the cheque as per ur mail and u have neither acknowledged this mail nor replied to any of my mails.

No response at all after this initial standard reply.Thinking of a legal action.We are waiting because we don't want all this unpleasantness connected to a wedding, but will definitely go to any extend to get the money back.May even approach the media as the next step as v have people in news channels.Or may first approach the consumer court.

These r a bunch of sadistic thieves waiting to cash in on the sentiments and beliefs of common man.They are nothing short of pickpockets or day light robbers or chain snatchers.They are only doing in another form.See their response to this complaint.They just ask u some details and after u reply there is no news from them.We had anticipated this and are fully prepared for legal action .Today iam going public now with Facebook.Iam about to post my problem.
