[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Not responsive and poor customer service

We are from coimbatore we registered it on classic premium membership..at the time of reg they told we have several matching profiles after i told all about our details and preference..after the reg... only 14 + profile are available and we called customer service nd told abt the fraud they said to wait eventually we will have profiles..till now no profile updates if i call they are not responding..i want to talk to the manager nd solve the issues orelse i want to terminate the membership...take action against this complaint as soon as possible...
