I have an account in Tamilmatrimony.com for my son with ID M3797787. Under the repeated and torturous calls of your members, Ms. Nagapriya and Ms. Rajeshwari, I upgraded the profile. They said that, with a payment of Rs. 3200, the account will be upgraded to classic premium with added advantages of profile highlighter, additional one month, etc. They asked for my debit card password which I neglected to share and did the payment myself through your website.
Once I have done the payment, I have not received any calls from your support staff yet (3 days) and my account has not been upgraded to classic premium.
I deeply regret to inform about your poor service and would like to get this in attention to the managing director, bharatmatrimony.com.
