Hi this is setu sagar, i have paid Rs.7500/- on 11.02.2015 to bharatmatrimony.com for assisted service for my sister (profile ID H5460212). Their RM mr Chander kumar ([protected]) called me several time and giving false promises lures me to paid for the service, as soon as i paid he stopped calling and said that his junior mr sanjay will handle my account. afterward mr sanjay called me next day(saturady, 12.02.2015) and tells me to confirm the mail he is sending with terms and condition. after going through the mail, i found that there were many things which were not the terms for which i have paid. i enquired mr chander on the same day and he said that i will get what i have been promised but i have to confirm the terms and condition. i refused the terms and condition on 16.02.2015 as I suspect the foul play and requested them to restore my previous paid service i.e. classic premium on bharatmatrimony and refund the money. However, even after calling so many times to customer care of bharatmatrimony[protected], [protected]) and assistedmatrimony([protected]) and also sending them emails through [protected]@assistedmatrimony.com and [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com, I didn’t got any call back or mail in this regard. Finally on 25.02.2015, I came to know through customer care of assistedmatrimony([protected]) that my account has been transferred to mr chander kumar from mr sanjay kumar, after mr kaushal mishra has talked to me and the problem is resolved. I was surprised as nobody had called me regarding anything about my complaint. I have recording of all the calls made to them after 11.02.2015, as the discrepancies started to crop up between promised and actual services. Some of them are,
Mr chander kumar promised me,
1. He will be the RM and the contact point.
2. I will receive 4-5 profiles everyday as per my requirement
3. Bharatmatrimony will return back Rs. 500/- from Rs.7500/- that I have paid
4. The service will be for 105 days
Bharatmatrimony Terms & condition
1. Sanjay kumar is your RM
2. 4-5 profiles will be shared every week
3. there will be no refund
4. Service will be for 90 days only/-
As I feel cheated and lost trust in assisted services of Bharatmatrimony, I do not want their services and want them to immediately refund my money and restore my previous paid service as mentioned above. I am attaching emails of Mr chander kumar giving me in some of the promises.
