I made online payment of Rs.6800/-
your associate named Swati told that I will get discount amount of Rs.3800/- refunded but as of now I have not got it, , I have been calling contantly but still not got my money back. Please do the needful ASAP

I want my amount to be refunded otherwise I will I have to take more serious action against it

I have paid it this month
