hi, this is a complaint related to your sales person whose name is Amit Sharma.his official contact number([protected]). he has made commitments regarding some discount for paid membership he offerred me the package at Rs 2300.he said me to make payment of Rs 3000 for classic advantage after which he will provide a discount of Rs 700 and the same will be credited to you account within 24 hrs and 15 days extra benefit but the same has not been recieved yet. kindly resolve the issue otherwise i will not subscribe to bharat matrimony.com in future and also will not refer bharat matrimony to any person in future. if you wish to contact my contact number is :: +91-[protected] Aayush Garg Was this information helpful? | |||

Regarding the non-receipt of refund, we would like to confirm that the refund instruction for the amount of Rs.700 towards the refund due for the cancellation of excess payment charged from our end has been successfully refunded by our payment gateway service providers on[protected]:18:52. And, the reversed transaction shall appear in your card account within seven working days.
Further, you are requested to please check with your card issuing banks regarding the same. We regret the delay if any, in crediting back the refunds.
Furthermore, regarding the 15 additional validity days, we would like confirm that we have updated the extra validity says as committed. Kindly login to your profile and click on the “Membership Details” link available above the top navigation bar in your “My Home” page.
