Bharat Petroleum — Cheating while Fueling

I was cheated today by bharat petroleum Dammaiguda Petrol Bunk I asked for a petrol worth 200. Previous customer took a petrol worth 71 rupees They started at 71 and ended at 200 When i asked that they did not show me zero, they said some stories that they gave me fuel worth 200 This is Cheating Please help on such incidents
