Bharat Petroleum Corporation — Fraud in filling the petrol

Sir, on 9/10/2015, I wanted to petrol in my vehicle so i reached at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited Retail Outlet Petrol Pump, Osmanapura, Opposite Gopal Cultural Haal, near Thakkar Furnitures, Aurangabad . I gave the instruction to the boy available for filling fuel in vehicle that " please fill the petrol of rupees 200 in my two wheeler". Suddenly the one boy started speaking to me & diverted my attention from the meter. & other boy filled up filling the without showing the "zero reading" on pump in front of me. I am shouted on the boy that " Stop, Stop, firstly shown me the zero reading on pump". But the petrol pump boy cleverly don't hear my voice . I have written a complaint in the book but i am sure nothing is going to happen hence this complaint . Nadeem & Nitesh are the names of persons this is not first time every time i did not pay the attention. and start the process of filling diesel without showing me zero reading on pump machine.When i checked the fuel level in my vehicle the indicator not shown the petrol level of rupees 200 (3.00litres l). When i meet to Petrol Retail outlet Manager. Indian Organisation BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED Most of the responsible Citizens are daily suffered by this fraud BPCL Retail Outlet Petrol Pump. Sir Please take strict Necessary action against this Petrol Pump Outlet. Sir, Please Protect the name of BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED, INDIA from this highly fraud and cheated Petrol Pump Agency. cancel therir licence at least for few days so that they will not dare to cheat people.
