UPS provided for the Multiple Product Dispensers was notice with a deep inward bend at the time of delivery. However, assurance from mechanics made us accept it as such. Unfortunately in later days we had to tackle some CIRCUIT problem of the said UPS. And now it is all dead. The sale, service, respect and name of BPCL is on the line. It is therefore humbly prayed that the said defective device be immediately replaced. Thanks.
