Bharat Petroleum — Delay in LPG Delivery

I am having LPG connection ( Consumer No-44724) of Bharat Gas from M/s. Pushpam Gas Agency Bibvewadi, Pune Dist.Pune, Maharashtra . I am facing very difficulty to get the celinder since last 1.5 Months. Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to direct the agency to supply the cylinder timely to me.
