Bharat Petroleum — delivery of lpg gas

My consumer No is 8223 name is K.Narayanan. My agent is Keerthi gas, Kottayam. I have booked for gas vide Booking No.[protected] dtd18/11/14. Till date they have not supplieied gas. On enquiry they told me that to register in DBTLscheme. I will give the respective forms within the stippulated time. As I have some personal problems, I am not able to sumbit the form. Moreover i think that the time limit is for registration is up to14.2.15 . I will submit the forms within two weeks. Meanwhile i request you to supply my LPg gas .
