Bharat Petroleum — Filling of diesel instead of petrol in my car

TO, Date 16.08.2014 Bharat Petroleum Customer Grievances Cell Sub: Mistake by staff of your petrol pump. Dear, Yours petrol pump is one of the most reputed pump of India, and taking care pouring diesel/petrol in the vehicles is your prime duty . One of the staff at the pump station (Kanodia Oil Store, Neemkathana, Sikar 332713) poured Diesel instead of Petrol in my car, due to which engine got ceased and the car couldn’t start. The Incident happened on 31st July 2014 around 3.15 PM, and the person concerned poured diesel instead of petrol amounting RS 3250/- in the car (SKODA Superb). The expenses are around 2.5 lacs for repairs which is all due to fault of your employee. I sincerely request you to take strict action at the earliest including bearing all the expenses of repairs else against which I may have to take further actions including knocking the doors of consumer court or higher authorities.
