Today again i met Mr. Ashish ( [protected]) for handing of 2 nos. SIM's which he was unable to provide. Today again I received a call from Idea office from [protected] for payment of bill against these SIM’s for which I have received no communication. Refer telecon with you today, I am attaching the following documents as required for disconnection. I have already received a message from Idea on June 27, 2014 for rejection of these SIM’s as ‘’not contactable.’’ Then why these SIM’s were not disconnected. Both SIM’s are not handed over to me. I went to the idea office near sheel hospital today for the disconnection application but they refused. I am attaching the documents as required –scanned –refer telecom with you. SIM complete with formalities, documents and photos. However due to some miscommunication to me as BPCL is already having 2 nos. active IDEA sims for usage in-case some internet problem is there in our planning deptt. For document generation in SAP, these 2 nos. new SIMS would be of no use to us for our planning department . The new SIMS were supposed to be handed over to us on 24.06.2014. The disconnection of connection has already been communicated telephonically to you. I received a message for registration of 2 nos. new connections- O1-[protected] and O1-[protected] at my mobile yesterday. Please consider the same for disconnection of the same as we already have 2 IDEA sims for internet usage at Bareilly LPG Plant. Please confirm disconnection per return mail .
