Bharat Petroleum — Irregularity in supply of gas refils

Dear sir/madam, I regret to inform you that M/s M, P. Gas services(code no.461701) is very erratic in its supply of gas refills, since the inception of my gas connection with this agency I have never received timely delivery of gas refills. My consumer no. is 10003070. The last time I booked the gas was on 25/06/2015 and my booking no. is[protected] and till date I haven't received the refill. There landline numbers have seized functioning for the passed three months or more. I have personally been to the agency office and lodge a complaint with them. Despite assurance they haven't done anything in this regard. If such a condition persists, I'm afraid, the consumers will be obliged to take law in their hands.
