Hi i have bsnl internet at my residence house no. 571, sector - 45 faridabad. Since the time we have started using it, it doesn't work and has mutliple issues with connectivity. We have complained many times to the complaints department but nothing happens. The internet connection is in my husband's name. Mr. Sanjeev yadav. His contact number is [protected]. Please fix this problem asap. Request you to please look into this, as we facing problems without internet

I got my new bsnl cellone sim card and even before i have given it to all my contacts i started getting calls for someone else. It is really annoying. I can't even have privacy on any of IM services now. This number is already on truecaller on somebody's name. What should i do?
