Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Landline not working last 4 months

Last 4 months my landline[protected] not working.
Lot of complete given but no action.
Comp docket no[protected],[protected],[protected], and[protected] and also i complete given to bsnal kaup officer [protected] and[protected] no one take action. Phone no[protected] no response, always busy tone.

If it is not possible, please disconnect my land line.
