When i went for new connection of landline and broadbrand connection they are giving a correct information and not providing me form for new connection they making a big delay, [ if your not able to provide a new connection then please stop giving adds ] don`t make the people foolish by your useless adds. If your not able to provide me a new connection from the nalgonda rural area what bout villages

Trying to send messages since a year, but i dont know why i am Not able to send messages to any one from my bsnl prepaid number under bihar jharkhand network
i tried to contact customer care several times but still ddnt get any assistance
not expected from such a reputed telecom company
