Dear Sir, I have request to BSNL for my Mobile no. [protected] for postpaid to prepaid on 23.11.2016 and my sim block on 25.11.2016 evening 5.00 Pm also complain on customer care 5 time they are not response proper then I complain written on BSNL complain no. (2k[protected].11.2016 but after 20 hours my problem not solve I am facing problem last three days but no one support to me so can you support me for resolve the problem

I have lost my sim card which has the BSNL Prepaid connection. Request you to kindly deactivate the SIM Card to avoid misuse of my mobile number.

Please block the sim card as soon as possible.
