Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Refund of my deposit with bsnl chennai telephones

I surrendered my bsnl bb connection and obtained receipt for recovery of instruments from sde/selaiyur (No:1549/23.04.2016)-recd. A message from bsnl that surrender is provisioned on[protected]. Their ref. No:[protected].
Till date not recd. The refund amount in my bank a/c details of which i have sent already.
