Excess Billing

Few months ago I got very high bills first Rs. 2900/- approximately and the Rs. 7000/- approximately. I went to BSNL office and was told that I had sent SMS about 2-3 years ago to start 3G services. Since my usage was not there earlier I didnt get high bills. Deduct balance for subscribe a MOBILE TV service without my permission

when I call to customer care , they said that you received a call from bsnl and subscribe the service.
But I DID not received any call from bsnl and this service was not activated from myside.
Please help me to get this amount refund...

Very bad Browsing and Downloading Speed

BSNL EVDO offer 3.1 MB/sec Downloading Speed, but here in Silchar we receive ONLY ( 25kb/sec) - (40kb/sec). So, what is the advantage of investing Rs. 750/-+77(Tax)= 827/- ( Per month) ??????????
