Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [BSNL] — Claim of extra amount from december 2015 bill | |||||
Please refer BSNL Land Line Bill No.[protected] dated 09.01.16 where in it is seen that a sum of Rs.489 has been claimed towards BSNL HUNGAMA Package for which I have not given my consent for providing the same. Even after my utmost try for several days, I could not contact BSNL HUNGAMA person over phone and subsequently I made a complain on net vide Docket No.1A16328990 on 16.01.2016. ON 23.01.2016 it was intimated by BSNL that “ You please contact Local BSNL office.” I hereby state that I want to unsubscribe/Deactivate all the BSNL Hungamapackagewith immediate effect Please do the needful immediately. In the mean time I have paid the bill on line on 19.01.2016. It is requested that the extra amount which I have paid may please be adjusted in my future bill, since I have not used any BSNL HUNGAMA Package during the billed period. It is regretted that a Government Organisation like BSNL can make such spurious claim without any consent from their customer. Please look in to the matter and ensure to stop such unauthorized claim in future. Your most immediate action is requested please. Thanking you in anticipation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
