NO.-B/17, medical campus, P.P.T Hospital, paradeep pin-754142.I have not got the security deposites after closing of the land line number since 2 1/2 years ago. Now my present address is w/o-harihar sethy, plot-358, At-kathagada, p.o.-bhutamundai, via-kujang, dist-jagatsinghpur pin-754141 so kindly help me in this regard for which I will be very greatful to you .
