Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — Complaint regarding no signal on BSNL EVDO

Sir, This is to inform you that from the past 3 weeks there is no signal on my BSNL EVDO data card. I reside in PEC University of Technology, Sector-12, Chandigarh. My EVDO device is giving me constant “NO SERVICE” warning and when I try to connect, It gives me an error “CONNECT FAILED- The remote computer did not respond. To make sure the server can be reached, ping the remote computer”. My Data Card was originally brought from BSNL Telephone Exchange- Rampur, Disst.- Shimla, H.P. and is on roaming here. The bill was paid on time. So please send some men to check the cdma towers for the concerned area. Any help from your side would be much appreciated.
