The bill have been paid on 16th july 2015 but still BSNL cut the broadband and phone lines on 28th july 2015(i guess)...The line was broken because of storm for 3 days...the complaint was booked on 27th july 2015(same day the line was broken) but they haven't come to fix it at all. Today after calling them for long hours and getting no response, i fixed the lines by myself but when i tried to call or start the modem for broadband connection, I'm getting message of services getting temporary stopped and have to contact to local account officer.
Even after paying bill...they cut the lines and providing no service to fix the lines as well... Was this information helpful? |
