Sir I have surrendered my BSNL landline no: 25591435 in january 2013 i have not yet received any deposit amount. When i call from customer care, he told "Your Deposit Amount is Rs.1850." Requesting you to refund my security deposit as soon as possible by present address: 514, Sivakami Amman Colony, 3rd Cross, 8th Street, Vyasarpadi, Chennai - 39. I did not get any receipt regarding disconnection of my telephone kindly do the need full. I have attached the last total Out Standing Bill payment receipt.
