Bharath Gas — Gas leakage of a new cylinder

I R. Ramachandramma, a consumer of Bharat Gas through Tirumala Enterprises([protected]@ Venkatadri colony, HumayunNagar, Hyderabad) found that the cylinder that was delivered to us on 15th July '15 didn't have a seal(the plastic cover) at the top of cylinder i.e the connecting point of cylinder with the gas pipe. In addition, we have noticed there is a leakage of gas from the cylinder on connecting the pipe. I would like to bring to your notice that all the cylinders have to be sealed and checked properly and then be delivered to the consumers. My details: 1. Name: R.Ramachandramma 2.
