Bharathidasan University — Not received response on email sent to [protected]@bdu.ac.in [protected]@gmail.com, cdegrievances.gmail.com

I haven't received the convocation form immediately after completing MCA. So I have applied for the same recently and wanted to check the status of the application. I sent email to above email ID's but haven't received any response not even acknowledgement from the university. Kindly help me in this regard.
