Bharti Airtel — 3G Internet Pack running at speeds lower than 2G

I am a regular user of 3G internet on my phone and based in the chennai circle. I am currently working out of Delhi and the 3G internet pack that I have availed has been rendered useless. No website loads and no other app features work on my phone. It is a waste of my 250 Rupees. I complained through their customer care but they have been ingnoring my complaints, as usual .
