Bharti Airtel — Airtel Broadband New Connection through Online Payment not is not getting executed.. | |||
I have made the payment of Rs.1000 towards installation fee for the new broadband connection in airtel portal through online on 20th June 2015 and after constant follow ups to their customer care, one person called me to collect the documents and asked me to come to the main road because he cannot come to my place due to the time constraint. After he collected the documents from me, , 2 persons came to do the wiring and after that there is no response from airtel for the last 6 days.
