Total Fraud No responsibility at all Poor services after highly paid advertisements, If customer's bill is delayed for one day, charges are applicable Rs. 100 for late payment. But what about if company charges many hundreds in wrong billing... no refund, no interest, no penalty... shame It is about only one customer Just think if we talk about One Lakh customers from airtel's crores of Customers clients, the profit of the company goes to One crore (1000*[protected]. 3G Services are borrowed from Idea in Punjab, but the Airtel charging 250/- per GB Docomo 184/- BSNL 155 Reliance is also below 200 So very very poor services if company is doing such things with a 3 year old platinum customer with credit limit of 17000/- Was this information helpful? | |||
