Bharti Airtel — blocking of Pre paid number | |||
Airtel blocked our pre paid number ([protected]) without any prior information. This have been more than 45 days since we are approaching them to re-activate the number and have wasted lot of money and time on various wrong instructions of Airtel Customer Care. Now they are asking me to visit Airtel relationship centre to re-activate and take duplicate SIM. These customer centres are 150+ KM from my village. Many time I submitted them my address & ID proofs. Being a FEMALE and Rural customer I feel that I am harassed and no satisfactory reply is given by them.
