Bharti Airtel — Convert my postpaid to prepaid | |||
Hi, My Name Punittam Kumar Mishra Airtel No [protected]. I wants to convert my postpaid to prepaid because currently I'm in Chennai and my number is from Delhi. I'm not able to afford airtel in roaming. I had complain to 198 customer care but he told me that go to airtel shop with document and apply but I went to airtel shop one of airtel representative told that we not able to convert Delhi number in prepaid in Chennai and I'm not able to go Delhi for this purpose. So please do extra care on it otherwise I'm not going to pay any bill of airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
