Bharti Airtel — Excessive Charging of Data as well as SMS in Overnight

Having Complained on 26th Jan, the company executive advised me that until the bill is not generated they can't help. So I preferred to wait for bill generation. After the bill generation they are unable to explain the reason for excessive data usage for which they had charged Rs.500 extra and also they had charged Rs.5 for the SMS that they seek for the reply of their customer care feedback.(with service charges extra) When will the companies stop Overcharging their customer and loot them in case of Post-paid customers. It is a very strong negative message from the company who is holding licence on National level. Regards Jaikumar Bothra [protected]
