[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — Getting intimidation messages from company even after not getting my mobile bill | |||
This is regarding my mobile number [protected] and the network service provider which is Airtel which has made my life uneasy. I have not received the bill of Jun-July cycle. Post to that i tried to call customer care and tried to lodge a complaint regarding same, the executive told me that this month bill is not generated and they apologize for the same. Also they told that i will be getting the consolidated bill in next month cycle that is July august cycle which is still to be generated for which the due date will be extended. Now from yesterday i am being getting mails, messages, alerts during calls about paying my bill to have uninterrupted services. They are sending me reminders. While i place a call then also they tell me that i have to pay my bill to continue services. I am being mentally tortured and its effecting me and my life. Please look into the matter and provide solution as soon as possible and compensate me for whatever is happening. Please find attached the Screen shot of the message and mail attached for reference. Complaint resolved. Got a call from escalation team. It was good to to talk to them. The airtel person resolved the issue and sent me the bills too Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
