Bharti Airtel — Internet charge on main balance | |||
I face many time problem with Airtel services, , , which is worst. I regularly use Internet 3G and sometime forget the renew the Internet pack. During that period, they charge from main balance without notifying in advance about the expiry of pack. This is a Cheap business system. If Internet pack finished then they suppose to stop the Internet service how can they proceed to maintain continuous service with main balance deduction. For example: Whle I'm talking, if balance finished then they are disconnecting immediately but they did not continuing the same serice from avialble internet pack which is equivalent to call price. And also during the festivals they sometimes do not intimate about the Message pack offer as invalid.
