[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — My mobile number has not been activated after giving my all details during porting of number. | |||||
I've recently transferred fron nagpur to hyderabad for job purpose. So i went to airtel office to port my airtel postpaid from maharashtra circle to hyderabad circle. After giving my all documents, airtel executive told me that your connection will be activated within 7days. According him, i made some extra bill payment to avoid any issue during porting. But from yesterday i. E. 22.07.2016, my old connection was deactivated and my new sim has not been activated. Now there is no tower showing in my mobile. I'have called airtel customer care for number of times but everytime they did false commitment that it will be activated within 4hrs. At last, i've to say about consumer forum complaint also, but as per their reply i got a message that they don't care about consumer forum. When i've made a call to my family, they were crying due to panic because they were unable to contact me for a long time. Due to the negligence of service provider, me and family faced such kind of bad time. Its my request to you to take a strict action against airtel and resolve this issue.
