Bharti Airtel — Severe Network Problem | |||
dear sir/madam my mobile no is [protected] & I live in east of kailash, delhi. I am using this postpaid no of airtel since 2013 & since that day I am facing network issue. I don't have connectivity at my home.it always shows 'emergency calls only' instead of signals. I miss out important calls due to no network coverage. everytime I have to make a call I have to go out of my house. I have complaint regarding the same issue several times at customer care but have failed to get a solution instead get a reply that the area is under no coverage zone. if the company is not able to provide the services in that area why do they issue the nos as the postpaid users have to pay the minimum rental whether they get services or not. I am fed up of airtel as they are unable to provide any solution to my problem & the answer that I get is very weird. pls help me in getting any solution Was this information helpful? | |||
