[Resolved] Bhartiairtel — Exorbitant Internet Charges | |||
Dear Sir, I Anil gupta having mobile no [protected] and using this no more than a year. I have not activated any GPRS plan on this mobile no. Still you have charged me Rs.965 for the internet usages. I kindly request you to go into the matter i have does not used any internet facility of your company on this no. I have called at your customer care no thrice today between 12.45 pm to 1.30 pm. out of which two time they have disconnected my call and at third time I have talked to Ms. Reena as senior officer in airtel (she has maintained this statement) but she refused to consider my request. As per her statement she said "I have used this data usages". But you can cross check i have not activated any GPRS scheme nor used it. Pls feel free to contact me at my no.
