Bhashyam Developers — Property not registered by Bhashyam developers | |||
I bought a piece of land at Bhashyam Developers Golden County on July 27th 2013. Property cost:9.8 lakhs. 1 lakh was paid on the same day and paid 3.9 lakh on Aug 30th 2013 as told by Bhashyam developers. I was told that they would register the property by Oct 1st at time I will have to pay the remaining amount. Till now the registration is not done almost 4 months have passed the due date. every time I call they assure that registration would done by end of the week blah blah..with a junk reason Andhra folks at registration office are not working due to Telangana issue etc..(they never update the consumer on what's going on with the registration process you have to call and check with them). Finally I got frustrated and with lot of push over from my end they gave a bond agreement indicating that they would return the money(4.9 lakhs) in case they are not able register by Jan 31st 2014. I want to other consumers to be aware of this fraud. I'm going to file another compliant in case they are registering or not returning the money as promised by Jan 31st 2014. Thanks Bashyam Developers. This has been resolved. I got the plot registered.
You must be joking to say that the plot got registered. It would not happen anywhere in near future.
Today I got legal notice at my home address regarding the ELITE County Plot which I have bought from Bhashayam Developers almost 2 years back. In the notice there are 140 people list. I just wanted to check if all guys got the same notice. If yes please share your contact detail here. We all will meet and work together and fix it.

iam planning to buy a plot in cyber county II.the said price is 6k/sqyd..is it reasonable and as per conversation with them understood that the HMDA approved LP No. Received for the venture.pls send if anyone faced issues/concerns or any fraud with bhashyam developers plots.

Never get any property from brash yam developers ...its fraud. Think and check 100 times before you get property .

I bought a plot in diamond county east facing by paying deposit on day one itself, when i went for seeing plot the executives forced me to pay one lakh without giving time so i paid after that i faced some financial situation so dropped and them to return money in just 25 days later, it is almost 3 months i did not get money from them yet.
These people are cheaters so dont buy plots, without LP number they are selling plots.

I had purchased 383 sq yrds plot in Golden County, Kollur developed by Bhashyam developers dated 06.11.15. Pawan, Sales manager from Bhashyam was very cooperative. I had initially paid 1 lakh advance on 17.09.15 & completed the transaction on 6th Nov'15 . Bhashyam (Pawan) had arranged a loan for me from India bulls, office located in kukatpally. Very dependable developers, i had done a complete check on the plot location & their background. They have new plot ventures coming up in same location Kollur & bachupally which i had recommended to other colleagues of mine

Worst guys ...said they give concession if I book plot on bhoomi pooja but didn't give and forced me to pay 1 lakh advance and after few months took while amount and not registering the plot.i found that they sold mortgage plot... ### and I literally waited 2 years for registration after many fights .

We are planning to buy residential land in Kollur in their new Phase2 by Bhashyam developers. They are telling 17000 per yard. Could someone tell if that is a good idea to buy from there and that price?

Has anyone bought plot in cristal county 6, i have paid half the ammount but have heard no development for 5 montha now. Need to know if there is anyone in the same issue.

They said they would arrange loans initially, they failed to do so and asked us to find out by ourselves, when i went to bank, all banks refused to give loan, as they did not get the Final LP number, when i sai d the same, they were forcing me to take personal loan.
Mean while they put pressure on my friend to pay the remaining amount, Bhashyam guy verbally abused my friend, so my friend finally dropped to take and he said he would transfer the amount to me and ask me to take.But these guys were not agreeing for that, as now i was taking 167 squareyards, instead of 400 yards.
Dear friends, Please think atlest 10 times i[censored] are going to take with them
