[Resolved] Bhashyam Developers — Unprofessional and roadside communication | |||
I bought a plot from Bhashyam developers and had to go thru mental agony until it got registered. The staff (Jayaram) does not know anything about process and professionalism. He even threatened us. Before buying any plot from them, 1. Look at their previous ventures and check for security and amenities. 2. Also check for the approved layout with respective UDAs. Completely agree with Radha. don't ever buy from them at all! they are 100% fraud people with no decency, honesty or truth. ask them to give everything in writing on stamp paper with promissory note and counter cheque with interest about their promises. Then you can take. Initially they talk nicely, and later they talk like rowdies and goons. Enough people should get together and file a proper criminal court case about fraud, cheating, intimidation and, mental agony and waste of time and money and opportunity for investors.

Hi All,
Just realised it is not just me who got cheated by Bhashyam Developers. I booked a plot in Classic County @ adibatla by paying 1 Lakh, a hasty decision based on the sales words. I would regret for life..
Few days after blocking the plot, when my dad had been diognised with a problem in his both eyes and as a treatment he had to take injections, I requested them to refund the money and provided the hospital's estimation as a proof to say I am not bluffing them. Each injection per eye costs around 24K.
I didn't want to keep my life savings
Now, They not only are denying to refund the money, but also not agreeing to send the reasons by email with reasons. In fact, they are trying to hardsell 60 sq yards plot even when I told it is a medical emergency.
Can someone help me resolve the issue. I won't mind sharing the emails, message and the people who I interacted with.
