BHEL — Poor quality of tyre

I have purchased one tyre 155/80/B 4G on dt 24.08.2013 form M/S Bhagwan Tyre, 53 Gandhi Road, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) with 5 years warranty but since 4-5 days I found that air is leaking from various side (i.e. 5-6 ways) from the tyre.
Mechanic told me that there seems to be a manufacturing defect, hence you are humbly requested please replace my tyre with new.
