I recently purchased a dinner set from them but when I used it, I come to know that it's not good quality. I don't recommend them...

My experience with Big Bazar was disappointing. I purchased a sofa which turned out to be defective upon delivery. The quality was subpar, and the defects were evident, indicating poor quality control. Despite assurances of product quality, the sofa fell short of expectations. Dealing with a defective piece was inconvenient and reflected poorly on Big Bazar's commitment to customer satisfaction and product standards....

I renewed my profit club card right before two months when all stores got shut all over in India in march 2022 without any previous information or notice. When we have visited the nearest store many times but no one was present after few months we get to know about the whole scenario and when we asked about the money which got stuck in the membership then they redirected us towards the customer care and the biz bazar email but we didn't received...

I’m following up from past close to 4 months for defective sofa replacement, all executive are taking months together for closer and never revert back as committed.

1. first sofa i took L shape was delivered display piece, the service person visted to assemble also agreed that it was display one.. it took ages for hometown team to replace.

2. they dint had same peace and had to pay addition money and choose...

I have opted a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in month of February 2021.

I have profit club cards no. [protected] with deposited amount 10000/- for card, issued by Bigbazaar (Future Group) Suddenly stores closed. Without any information Future group closed their Bigbazaar stores...

I had ordered the products from Big Bazaar and payment also done but it's not showing anything and they utilise my credit card details and spent money from my card...

I have purchase Big Bazar Profit Club membership card from Big Bazar at Kanpur. Now big bazar has been closed, and I'm unable to redeem or refund my balance, as all his toll-free numbers and e-mail IDs is closed....

Reference ORDER No. 74EDMLRGZ dated 15/08/2023 for supply of 5 kg INDIA GATE TIBAR RICE. Payment of Rs 600/- has already made. Your website indicates that product has been shipped on 16/08/2023. However, the same has not been delivered to me so far. Also my several requests for expediting the delivery of the product were not responded. Please either get the delivery of the product expedited or arrange refund of Rs 600/-.

Have a profit club cards and with deposited amount 10000/-, issued by Bigbazaar (Future Group) Suddenly stores closed in March2022. Without any information Future group closed their Bigbazaar stores from Bhubaneswar, in March2022. I talked to the old staffs of bigbazar (currently working with Reliance Smart Bazar), they assured me that it will be refunded via reliance, it's in process. I purchase kodak tv..the tv is 1 year warrenty.. I claim for replacement. But they were not refund or replace.. They were cheating and frauds to consumer. Please take action.....

Profit club card bearing no [protected] was submitted along with required doc (as asked by bigbazar representative in office) i.E. Aadhar card, cancelled cheque to bigbazar office on 11 may 2022 for refund of balance money (rs 7000.00).
Teh money is not refunded still to my bank account....

I had taken BigBazaar Profit club card about 2 years ago. After outlets of Bigbazaar were closed I did not receive my money back. Also many times I have reached out to the same Store (Where Reliance is running their store now) but nobody seems to be taking the responsibility, I met with the person who convinced me to take the bigbazaar card but he also not helping now.

Display item which was damaged and which we had specifically mentioned to not delivered was delivered after days. When asked they denied. The table is heavily damaged....

I worked with future retail ltd from 27 Feb 2015. MD deliberately handed over all store to reliance retail and made reliance smart Bazaar hence staff also handed over to reliance and i resigned on 28 Feb 2022 but my full and final amount not paid till date. Please help me......
