Big Bazaar — Billing irresponsibility | |||
Hi, I purchased groceries in big Bazaar, phoneix mall, Chennai on 4th oct 2015, Retail Invoice no.0068615. We purchased Moong Dal 1 kg, but we were billed for 3Kgs of moong Dal. how could the biling be so irresponisible ? they hav scanned the same 1Kg packet thrice.. same way one 100g dove soap is being billed for three in one pack (3*100g) Now im not sure how the amount is gonna be compensated. I feel advising my relatives and friends not use big bazaar at any cost... very poor at attending customers, not only in billing section .. but in all sections.. no decorum .. feels like cheap fool to purchase in Big Bazaar.. Please let me know how im gonna be compenated for the Extra Billing at the earliest.. I have attached the scanned copy of parts of bill (as it is a lengthy bill), where the have billed me eXtra..
